Fire Pits

Our fire pits are always roaring to keep you toasty while you stroll the park!  Make it a date, and pack in your hot dogs, marshmallows and roasting sticks!

Santa's Giftshop

Back by popular demand, Santa’s Gift Shop is located just inside the Poinsettia Arch, at the Main Entrance to the park, and is open every night from 6 pm- 9 pm, December 1 to 31, weather permitting. Do your holiday shopping right in the park! We’ve got lots of great gift ideas for every budget.

Food & Beverages

We offer a full selection of hot beverages to keep you warm on those chilly winter nights.  Be sure to visit our Concession, under the picnic shelter for your warm cup of Hot Chocolate, Coffee or Hot Apple Cider!  Bottled water is also available. Price remains $2/cup! (cash only please).  Then sip and visit at one of our two fire pits to stay warm!

Skating

Nose Creek Pond, located within the Airdrie Festival of Lights displays, is a popular skating destination every winter.

The pond is operated and managed by the City of Airdrie, Parks & Recreation Department. The AFOL is unable to provide information about the thickness of the ice or suitability for skating.  Please direct your skating inquiries to the City of Airdrie, Outdoor Rinks Department at 403-948-8800.
