Thank you for your support!
The dedicated volunteers who give so much of their time and efforts towards this massive project each year, are to be highly commended. I enjoyed it so much, in spite of the cold. There was even a huge bonfire to warm up by and some very talented young dancers who put on a show in one of the large tents. I am so impressed and plan to make a return visit later this Christmas season.
Absolutely amazing ! We go every year with our family. So much hard work by volunteers is put into this magical display !!!
An annual tradition for our family, we wander the lights, sipping hot chocolate. The kids love the little train ride too.
Our family has always had a wonderful experience at the Festival of Lights. Going to see Santa and taking a ride on the train has always been so much fun for our boys. Looking forward to going again this year! Here’s hoping the weather allows for more people to come out and enjoy this fun Christmas season event.
Top notch as always! I love seeing the sponsor recognition. Those companies and the volunteers make this happen every year and it's a highlight for our family every Christmas. Thank you!
It's been a few years since we've been to the Festival of Lights. It was such a beautiful, magical night. I loved everything about it, how each display had it's own name, my girls loved the train ride, the hot chocolate was delicious. Boot skating on the pond was a fun first for my girls. The gift shop had some really great Christmas ornaments and decor. The whole event was well organized.
The Festival of Lights never fails to impress I grew up in Airdrie and this is one of my favourite things to do around Christmas time. Budget friendly and so much fun incredible job as always!
Beautiful display, very creative. A nice experience to share with all the family, including pets!!
An incredible display this year. Always so nice to be out with our community sharing the beautiful sights and feeling of the holidays. Loved it!!! Totally worth a visit and all it costs is a small donation.
We love coming to the Airdrie Festival of Lights. It's a super friendly vibe and an easily manageable size if you have small kids.
This is such an amazing thing to experience and every year it gets better and better. My family enjoys all of the displays, the trains, music, and the activities and it’s all FREE!!! Thank you to all of the volunteers who work through all kinds of weather, including the freezing temperatures and even sometimes the rain, to make each night the best experience for all visitors. I’m looking forward to going again this year!
Absolutely outstanding and well thought out light show - this is a family night out must! Lights, music, entertainment, train rides, hot chocolate... you name it, they’ve got it! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! Thank you Airdrie Festival of Lights for all your hard work.
Really looking forward to another year at Airdrie Festival of Lights volunteering as a group with our Airdrie Lioness Club!
So much fun, and we get to see so many happy faces enjoying the glow.
We were so very happy to be able to go to the Lights the other Night January 3rd because you decided to keep it open until January 5th. Thank you so much for making that decision. They guys that were running the train Wednesday night were so much fun and went way above doing a great volunteer. Also loved the new Christmas store and bought some fantastic things! Such a great idea.
Our family loves the lights! They are always glowing no matter what troubles they may face. We also love to volunteer for them when we get the chance. The hot chocolate is delicious, fires and heated tent are warming and the train rides make you feel like VIP guests of the event. I recommend this over any other light show. The price is right to.
Thank you for making our first Christmas season in Airdrie special. We were able to show my parents what makes Airdrie special to us in our new city we call home. Merry Christmas. We can’t wait to come back next year and make this a yearly Christmas tradition in our family for years to come
It was amazing!! We just moved here in June so this was our first experience with this event and rest assured we will be attending every year and probably more than once. Thank you to everyone who put this together, hats off to you!!
